Pauline’s passion is sales. Working for several years in the finance, technology, manufacturing and education sectors, Pauline always felt like there had to be a better approach to selling.

She left her management position and together with a team of strategists, embarked upon the development of a selling system that would integrate marketing, sales and customer service into one comprehensive business development process.

After three and a half years of research and testing with 260 companies and individuals, Pauline published TheRevenueBuilder® – Making Customer Relationship Management Work! in 2002.

Pauline has co-authored 3 books, all of which are adapted and tailored from TheRevenueBuilder® business development “engine”: WinWithoutPitching® in 2004 with Blair Enns for the communications and advertising industry; BeyondReferrals™ in 2006 with Blair Enns and Cal Harrison for the management consultants and professional services firms; and Lifestyle Selling for Women in 2009 with Brenda Page for the female professional.

Pauline’s authentic approach to closing deals has enabled her to live the lifestyle of her dreams and share her knowledge with both individuals and businesses around the world. Audiences flock to her seminars and training programs to witness her straight-up, no nonsense personality peppered with her quick humour and real life solutions.

Today, she and her team assist privately owned companies in the B2B world with their business development success.
