Email is not dead: How to Use Email to Book Appointments Faster

If you have been in business for at least 20 years, then like me, you are addicted to email. And, if you have been in business at least 20 years, like me, you are a decision maker. Put “addiction” together with “decision maker” and you have a winning formula.

Like Pavlovian dogs, decision makers are looking for a little lovin’ from their Inbox; so why not give it to them. How? In a short compelling email that piques their attention and encourages them to respond.

So try this with a prospect that you have been trying to connect with for months.

Body: I understand that you plan accordingly. My objective is to ensure you increase your employee’s efficiency and reduce your expenses. Let’s meet to discuss. Is Tuesday April 22 at 10 am or Wednesday April 23 at 2 pm better for you?
